I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were not initially available as promised, I was moved to a better room. The service left something to be desired due to lack of communication about office hours, but the laundry service was convenient. The location was convenient for city exploration but had cleanliness issues. Overall, the value for money was questionable.
